Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factor affecting loyalty through online shopping for uppermiddle class customer in Jakarta towards customer satisfaction to increase customer loyalty. Design/Methodology/Approach – Data were collected through online questionnaire, journal and research studies.
