Violencia a mujeres, en Marsella, Risaralda, un estudio de casos

OBJECTIVE: Describe the cases of violence against woman in the Municipality of Marsella, Risaralda, 2018. METHODOLOGY: Quantitative observational descriptive cases study. It was intended to board 52 cases according to the report to the Epidemiological Surveillance System through the file 875 gender and Intra-family violence of INS (NATIONAL HEALTH INSTITUTE). Of 52 women 21 were boarded. RESULTS: 21 cases were studied, the average age was 24 years, socio-economic stratus 1-2 in total, housewives 38%, working population 29%, the student population represented by 24%, the most frequent aggressor is the couple 52.4%, another part of the percentage represented by the ex-partner. Physical violence occurs 67% more frequently, and sexual violation 24% close to 50% marital incompatibility unchained the event, 28% presented physical, legal and psychological consequences after the occurrence of the event, according to the violentometer, 14 of the participants presented extreme violence level 3, purple color. CONCLUSION: It is found in this study when describing cases of violence in the Municipality of Marsella during 2018, a large number of cases of physical violence, stand out that 28% were sexual violence in population under age, from a low socio-economic level, with physical, psychological and legal consequences, with a poor attitude to denounce the event. Train and permanently sensitize the assistance staff who have the first contact with the victim, improving the perception of the health personnel in front of the attention of gender violence.Objetivo: Describir los casos de violencia contra la mujer del municipio de Marsella, Risaralda 2018. Metodología: Estudio Cuantitativo observacional descriptivo de casos. Se pretendía abordar a 52 casos según el reporte al Sistema de Vigilancia Epidemiológica por medio de la ficha 875 Violencia de género e intrafamiliar del INS (Instituto Nacional de Salud. De las 52 mujeres Se abordo a 21 mujeres.  Resultados: Se estudio 21 casos, la edad promedio es de 24 años, estrato socioeconómico 1-2 en total, amas de casa 38 %, población trabajadora 29%, la población estudiantil representada por el 24%, el agresor más frecuente es la pareja 52.4% otra parte 14,3% representado por la expareja. Se presenta con mayor frecuencia la violencia física 67% y la violación sexual en un 24%. Cerca al 50% la incompatibilidad marital desencadeno el evento, 28% presentaron consecuencias físicas, legales y psicológicas después de la ocurrencia del evento, según el violentómetro 14 de las participantes presentaron violencia extrema nivel 3 color morado.  Conclusión: Se encuentra en este estudio al describir los casos de violencia en el municipio de Marsella durante el año 2018, un gran número de casos de violencia física, resaltando que el 28% fueron violencia sexual en población menor de edad, de estrato socioeconómico bajo, con consecuencias físicas, psicológicas y legales, con una pobre actitud a denunciar el evento. Capacitar y sensibilizar permanentemente al personal asistencial que tiene el primer contacto con la víctima, mejorando la percepción del personal de salud frente a la atención de violencia de género
