Musi River is one of the rivers that potentially contributes pollutants to the Upang Estuary. This study aims to determine Cu and Pb content in sediments and its the relationship with sediment fraction in Upang Estuary. This research was done in September-October 2017. Analysis of heavy metal using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) AA-7000. Research results showed that the heavy metal content of Pb (3,89-6,12 mg/kg) was higher than Cu (1,08-6,12 mg/kg).
