AbstractThe development of the road network in the city of Surabaya is accompanied by population growth, land use and traffic. Middle East Road (MERR II C) road operation will cause generation and traction so that there will be a decrease in traffic performance at Jl. Arif Rahman Hakim - Jl. Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno. The method of signaling intersection analysis uses the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual. This research stage is to determine the performance of traffic in the current conditions in 2019 and then forecast the predicted traffic in the next 5 years in 2024. From the results of the analysis of the performance of signal traffic intersection Jl. Arif Rahman Hakim - Jl Dr. Ir. H. Operasional ruas jalan Middle East Road (MERR II C) akan menimbulkan bangkitan dan tarikan sehingga akan terjadi penurunan kinerja lalu lintas di simpang Jl. Arif Rahman Hakim – Jl. Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno. Metode analisis simpang bersinyal menggunakan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997. Tahapan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja lalu lintas pada kondisi saat ini tahun 2019 kemdian peramalan lalu lintas di prediksi 5 tahun mendatang pada tahun 2024. Dari Hasil analisis kinerja lalu lintas simpang bersinyal uJl. Arif Rahman Hakim – Jl Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno pada kondisi saat ini tahun 2019 Pada kondisi eksisting tahun 2019 nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) simpang bersinyal Jl. Arief Rahman Hakim – Jl. Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno pada jam puncak pagi 1.315 > 0.75, jam puncak siang 1.369 > 0.75, jam puncak sore 1.534 > 0.75 yang dapat diartikan memiliki kinerja lalu lintas level of service (LOS) F, sedangkan peramalan lalu lintas 5 tahun mendatang pada tahun 2024 tanpa adanya manajemen rekayasa lalu lintas nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) simpang bersinyal Jl. Arief Rahman Hakim – Jl. Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno jam puncak pagi 1.624 > 0.75, jam puncak siang 1.674 > 0.75, jam puncak sore 1.950 > 0.75, yang dapat diartikan memiliki kinerja lalu lintas level of service (LOS) F.
