Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, para guru dan tenaga pendidikan harus memiliki perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Dengan perilaku guru dan tenaga kependidikan OCB, mereka akan menampilkan perilaku yang melebihi tugas-tugas dasar yang ditugaskan kepada mereka. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perilaku OCB dari guru dan staf pendidikan akan membuat sekolah mewujudkan visinya dengan baik. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku guru OCB adalah penghargaan, kepuasan kerja, motivasi, komitmen dan loyalitas.
