Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan Dan Likuiditas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Food And Beverages

ABSTRACT Purpose - The research is aimed is determining the influence of probability, company size and liquidity toward company value at food and beverages companies listed on indonesia stock exchanges. Design/methodology - This research was such an associative reserach. The type of data used was secondary data acessing from indonesia stock exchanges website www.idx.co.id. To collect the data, the researcher used documentatiton. This research was considered as a quantitative analysis. There were 11 food and beverages listed on indonesia stock exchanges. To analyze the data, the researcher used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypotheses test (F test and t test) with 5% significant value using SPSS 16.0. Findings – The result of F test and t test showed that there was significant influence of probability, company size and liquidity toward company value at food and beverages companies listed on indonesia stock exchanges. Partially, Probability had significant influence toward company value and company size had no influence toward company value and liquidity had negative influence toward company valu
