ABSTRACT Purpose - The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of product quality on the satisfaction of consumers of Teh Pucuk Harum in the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Palembang. Design/methodology - This type of research uses an associative type. The number of samples is 85 respondents taken by accidental sampling. The data used in this study are primary data because the data obtained through questionnaires were distributed to consumers of Pucuk Harum Tea.
