ANALISIS USAHATANI TANAMAN SELADA HIDROPONIK PADA KEBUN EVE’S VEGGIES HYDROPONICS KOTA PALEMBANG

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Eve’s Veggies Hydroponics Jalan Sako Baru no. 478 Kenten Palembang. This study aims (1) to find out the hydroponic lettuce cultivation techniques, (2) calculate the lettuce farming income hydroponically, (3) determine the marketing of the lettuce, and (4) determine the obstacles encountered in the hydroponic lettuce business. The selection of research locations was chosen deliberately (purposive) with consideration in Eve's Veggies Hydroponics lettuce cultivated hydroponically. The data in this study consisted of primary data that is data obtained from respondents through interviews with the help of questionnaires and observations of the objects studied. While secondary data is obtain from agencies related to this research. This study uses a descriptive analysis method and farm income analysis, then followed by an R / C analysis to determine the feasibility of the business. The results showed hydroponic lettuce cultivation techniques including the activities of initial preparation, seeding, planting, care, and harvesting. The income earned from hydroponic lettuce farming is Rp. IDR 1,785,000 with R / C of 2.12. Marketing is done directly between producers to consumers. Constraints faced include weather and climate change and marketing.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Eve’s Veggies Hydroponics Jalan Sako Baru no. 478 Kenten Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui teknik budidaya selada secara hidroponik, (2) menghitung pendapatan usahatani Selada secara hidroponik dan (3) mengetahui pemasaran selada tersebut. (4) mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam usaha selada hidroponik. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dipilih dengan sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan di Eve’s Veggies Hydroponics tanaman selada diusahakan secara hidroponik. Data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari responden melalui wawancara dengan bantuan kuisioner dan observasi terhadap obyek yang diteliti, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari Instansi yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode analisa deskripsi dan analisis pendapatan usahatani, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis R/C untuk mengetahi kelayakan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan teknik budidaya selada secara hidroponik meliputi kegiatan persiapan awal, penyemaian, penanaman, perawatan dan panen. Pendapatan yang diperoleh dari usahatani selada secara hidroponik adalah sebesar Rp. Rp 1.785.000 dengan R/C sebesar 2,12. Pemasaran yang dilakukan secara langsung antara produsen ke konsumen. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi cuaca dan perubahan iklim serta pemasarannya
