STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN DAN KONTRIBUSI OBYEK WISATA CIBULAN DI DESA MANIS KIDUL DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM EKONOMI ISLAM

Abstract The development of tourism in these areas is very important, because of the effect on the economy of the local community. Tourism object Cibulan in the Maniskidul village, has the potential of water 7 wells are pleased to cause discussion in terms of Islamic knowledge. Thus, the author felt the need to examine more deeply based on perspective of economic law of Islam. The methods used in this research is qualitative-descriptive, the techniques of collection data in this research is the observation, interview, and documentation. Researchers obtainted the result that tourism Cibulan is a mix of nature tourism and religious tourism. According to perspective the economic law of Islam, halal or not, rather they go to tourism Cibulan it back again to the intentions of the visitors. If the tourist who comes to believe that water is granted his wish, it is rather haram because his intention was already deviating from the Islamic. Therefore, we are supposed to have a trip with the goal of closer to Allah SWT with considering the Islamic history before us, pray and believe that everthing comes from Allah SWT. Keywords: Development, Economic Empowerment, Economic Law of Islam. Abstrak Pengembangan pariwisata di daerah-daerah sangat penting, karena berpengaruh pada perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Obyek wisata Cibulan di desa Maniskidul, memiliki potensi mengenai air 7 sumur yang khasiatnya menyebabkan perbincangan dalam segi keislaman. Dengan demikian, penulis merasa perlu mengkaji lebih dalam berdasarkan perspektif hukum ekonomi Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peneliti memperoleh hasil bahwa wisata Cibulan merupakan perpaduan wisata alam dan wisata religi. Menurut perspektif hukum ekonomi Islam, dihukumi halal atau haramnya berwisata ke obyek wisata Cibulan itu kembali lagi ke niat dari wisatawannya. Jika wisatawan yang datang percaya bahwa air tersebut mengabulkan hajatnya, itu yang dihukumi haram karena niatnya itu sudah menyimpang dari syariat Islam. Yang seharusnya itu, kita berwisata dengan tujuan mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT dengan mengingat sejarah keislaman sebelum kita, berdoa dengan percaya bahwa segala sesuatunya berasal dari Allah SWT.
