The fact that so much you try them of tactical performance, like the effectiveness attained by the investigated athletes verified itself you had a magnificent improvement, having positively an effect on his responsibility.El trabajo se realiza, con el equipo 13–14 años masculino de Judo, con el Objetivo de Elaborar un conjunto de acciones específicas, para educar el valor responsabilidad en atletas escolares de Judo de la EIDE “Pedro Batista Fonseca”  de Granma y mejorar su efectividad competitiva, siendo necesario emplear métodos del nivel teóricos y empíricos, tales como: histórico lógico, análisis y síntesis, inductivo deductivo, observación, sistémico-estructural-funcional, la medición, el pre-experimento, y la encuesta. Se constató que tanto las pruebas de rendimiento táctico, como la efectividad alcanzada por los atletas investigados tuvo una magnífica mejoría, incidiendo positivamente en su responsabilidad
