Pengaruh Persepsi Keamanan, Kegunaan, Dan Kemudahan Penggunaan Terhadap Adopsi Internet Banking Cimb Niaga Di STIE Perbanas Surabaya

The development of today's technology has developed rapidly. One of them is Internet technology, which currently has an important role for most people to do the work or their daily activities. So it can be said that Internet technology provides convenience in helping meet the needs of their work. One of them is the need in the banking world. Internet banking is a banking service that combines the activities of information systems and technology. Internet banking provides easy access to most of the bank's services so that customers do not need to come to the bank or ATM to conduct banking transactions. This study intend to examine the effect of security, usefulness and ease of use of the internet banking adoption either simultaneously or partially. Issues raised in this research is how the effect of the security, usefulness, and ease of use to the acceptance of internet banking will be continue on the adoption of internet banking. In this research, using a sample of customer user internet banking customers on CIMB Niaga bank in STIE Perbanas Surabaya with a total sample of 100 respondents, which is then processed using program IBM SPSS for Windows version 23. The method of collecting data using questionnaires. The statistical methods used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.
