TQM is a management system that elevates the quality as a business strategy and customer satisfaction oriented, involving all members of the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of TQM and reward system for employee performance minimarket indomaret in Surabaya. There is the purpose of this study is for knowing the influence of TQM and reward system on Indomart minimarket employee performance.
