Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Keputusan Investasi dan Kepemilikan Institusional Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bei Periode 2012-2016

This study aimed to analyze the significance of the effect of capital structure, profitability, investment decisions and institutional ownership on firm value. Research subjects used in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2016. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that capital structure, profitability, investment decisions and institutional ownership has a significant effect on the value of the company.
