This study aims to analyze the effect of Information’s content (Information Relevance, Accuracy, and Timeliness of Information), and Information’s form (perceived Easy of Use) toward customer’s attitude of Bank Mandiri mobile banking in Surabaya. Then, to analyze the customer’s attitude of Mandiri Mobile banking toward Transaction Intentions, and examine the moderation effect of perceived privacy concern there.
