Data used to obtain results for TBMetapopPy simulations. Results folder contains the files used to create simulations detailed in the "Methods" and "Results" chapters of the publication. "Sensitivity Analysis" contains the files used to create the simulations detailed in the "Sensitivity Analysis" chapter. In both cases, each folder contains 2 files: Config.ini is the configuration file detailing the model parameters. Output.json is a JSON file of results, stratified by parameter sample, repetition and timestep respectively.
