The data referred to frequency of different behaviours in the Alpine marmot, living in the Alps. Marmots are defined according to their age , sex, dominance status , which are considered as intrinsic factors. As extrinsic covariates weather, temperature, site, month, moment of the day were considered. Data were collected by means of regular scan sampling in all the families of the area
