Objective: To evaluate the differences between postmenopausal women with previous medial or lateral hip fracture in terms of BMD and bone geometry. Material and Methods: We included all consecutive postmenopausal women with a previous proximal femur fracture, aged more than 60 years, referring to our outpatient clinic from September 2015. We divided our population into 2 groups, according to the site of femoral fracture: medial or lateral.
