The objecti of the study was to evaluate and verify the athletes' strength, pain and swimming style profile. This is a cross-sectional study with observational analytical qualitative approach conducted with athletes between 13 and 24 years of a swimming team between September and October 2019. The athlete's profile was assessed regarding swimming style, pain and upper limb strength. The pain and strength variables were evaluated twice, at the beginning of the training week (AV1) and at the end of it (AV2). There was an increase in the degree of pain in AV2 when compared to AV1 and a higher value of strength in the first assessment compared to the second (p <0.05 in left and right adduction movements and p <0.01 in abduction movement). verti...
