THE INFLUENCE OF PILATES TRAINING IN ABDOMINAL MUSCULAR FORCE AND INFERIOR MEMBERS OF JAZZ D DANCER The objective of the study was to compare abdominal strength and lower limbs of jazz-trained dancers who use the Pilates exercise, and another group of non-perforated jazz dancers, female under the age of 15, in a academy of the municipality of Tubarão. The study population corresponds to a sample of 13 students. The study is characterized as a descriptive research with almost experimental quantitative.
