The Use of hard materials of Animal origin in the Production of Belt Accessories at the End of the middle Ages : Some Provencal Examples. Twenty-three belt accessories made of bone or mother-of-pearl and found on sites of Medieval settlement in Provence were subjected to technical and morphological analysis.
