Necrobiosis Lipoidica : A Case Without Diabetes And Review Of Literature

Necrobiosis lipoidica, a disorder initially thought to be a complication of diabetes, may also occur in non-diabetics. A 55 year old woman with histologically confirmed necrobiosis lipoidica, who did not have diabetes on presentation or during subsequent follow up, is reported.
