Ser mãe é padecer no paraíso? Recursos psíquicos acionados no processo de tornar-se mãe

Becoming a mother can impact a woman's psyche. From early childhood, the woman is faced with questions of laborious elaboration about herself. In the mold of Brazilian culture, inheritance of its historical process, it is usually the mother who transmits to her daughter the notions about herself. Although maternal experience expands the possibilities of story rewriting, it also reveals a field of possible ambivalence, widening of helplessness and suffering. This work is a qualitative intervention research, based on the psychoanalytical method, which took place in a women's health clinic in a hospital in the interior of Minas Gerais. The objective was to research the resources and mechanisms of psychological defense used by pregnant women in the face of psychological distress. For this research, 4 to 6 psychological consultations were performed with each of the 4 participants. From the recorded reports, it was discussed about the care and affection raised in the relationship between mother and baby and the psychic resources used in the construction of the relationship, based on the Winnicottian theorization, Freud's concept of helplessness and denial as well as enlargement of the concept of denial of Green. As a result, there are psychic mechanisms triggered in the (re) experience of maternal care. At the end of the gestational period, it opens the possibility of feeling again the relationship of (dis) care and / or failures that women experienced as daughters and questions about the modes of care they had. However, in pregnancy the failures that women report and deny are no longer their mothers', but marks of their own self, reenacted by the timelessness of the unconscious.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação)Tornar-se mãe pode causar impactos no psiquismo da mulher. Desde a primeira infância, a mulher é situada frente a questões de trabalhosas elaborações sobre si mesma. Nos moldes da cultura brasileira, herança de seu processo histórico, geralmente é a mãe quem transmite à filha as noções sobre si mesma. Embora a vivência materna amplie as possibilidades de reelaborações das histórias, revela também um campo de possíveis ambivalências, ampliação de desamparos e sofrimentos. Este trabalho trata-se de uma pesquisa-intervenção de caráter qualitativo, fundamentada no método psicanalítico, que ocorreu em um ambulatório de saúde da mulher, em um hospital do interior de Minas Gerais. O objetivo foi pesquisar os recursos e mecanismos de defesa psíquicos utilizados pelas gestantes diante do sofrimento psíquico. Para esta pesquisa foram realizados de 4 a 6 atendimentos psicológicos com cada uma das 4 participantes. Dos relatos registrados, discutiu-se sobre os cuidados e afetos suscitados na relação entre a mãe e o bebê e os recursos psíquicos utilizados na construção da relação, a partir do aporte da teorização winnicottianna, conceito do desamparo e da negação de Freud, bem como da ampliação do conceito de negação realizado por Green. Como resultado, destaca-se mecanismos psíquicos acionados na (re)vivência do cuidado materno. Ao final do período gestacional, abre-se a possibilidade de (res)sentir a relação de (des)cuidados e/ou falhas que as mulheres vivenciaram enquanto filhas e os questionamentos sobre os modos de cuidados que tiveram.
