Manihot esculenta or also known as cassava is a popular plant which can generate to produce varieties of products in Malaysia. Cassava alone have lots of varieties itself. They are cultivated widely in Selangor as it have valuable benefit to the agricultural industry and can be a side product for forestry produce. In this study, the cassava plant are divided into two part, which are the roots and leaves.
