The foundation of the projections is the Delaware Population Consortium population projections released on November 5, 2015. The population projections are provided in four tables: White non-Hispanic, Black non-Hispanic, other non-Hispanic, and Hispanic. Each of these tables are constructed with projections from 0 years of age to 100 and over for males followed by 101 rows for females. Each column represents a single year beginning with 2014 and ending at 2040. This is presumed to represent the population from which school enrollment will be drawn.
