This report looks at the history and current publishing efforts of Orca Book Publishers, the changing educational landscape, the nature of the academic market and describes Orca Book Publishers’ outreach to professors at post-secondary institutions across Canada. Orca Book Publishers is heavily reliant on sales to the school market and constantly thinking about how to best serve the unique needs of Canadian educators.
