Chronic ankle instability is a current pathology where the main traitement is the proprioceptive physiotherapy. The Stand-Up Paddle may be an interessant rehabilitation tool thanks to its playful side and important destabilisations that it creates.Method : the main goal was to show if the Stand-Up Paddle is as effective as conventional rehabilitation, in regaining active stability in a person suffering from chronic instability, and how this support can help to increase patients’ motivation. Protocol of the study was supported by litterature review.
