For instance, with the support of the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), the safety and comfort of the driver and the passengers can be significantly improved. This degree project proposes data-driven solutions for adaptive cruise control (ACC) target selection that can be used to select one of the preceding vehicles as the primary target that similar to the choice of human drivers.
