Formation and execution of revenues of the budget of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation: problems and solutions

Final qualification work (the master thesis) is devoted to a research of formation and execution of revenues of the budget of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation. As an object of research the system of the economic relations concerning forecasting and execution of budget revenues of Sverdlovsk region acts. A main objective of the master thesis is studying of forecasting and execution of revenues of the budget of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation on the example of Sverdlovsk region, establishment of problematic issues and development of offers on their decision. In the conclusion the recommendations aimed at providing stability of profitable base of the budget of Sverdlovsk region are designated.Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена исследованию формирования и исполнения доходной части бюджета субъекта Российской Федерации. Предметом исследования выступает система экономических отношений по вопросу прогнозирования и исполнения доходов бюджета Свердловской области. Основной целью магистерской диссертации является изучение прогнозирования и исполнения доходной части бюджета субъекта Российской Федерации на примере Свердловской области, установление проблемных вопросов и выработка предложений по их решению. В заключении обозначены рекомендации, направленные на обеспечение устойчивости доходной базы бюджета Свердловской области
