This master thesis analyze how the IT-industry can work to recruit more women into the industry. The analyze will occur by investigating how women experiencing the feeling of working in the industry, an industry that’s dominated by men, only 28% of the industry has women as employees, at the same time as it’s an industry dominated in the Swedish workforce, by the year of 2015 it had a turnover of 647 100 million Swedish crowns. An industry whit that much in turnover shows the power of workforce. That the IT-industry is main dominated by men, makes a segregation between women and men, where each sex should work and where women spare to be able to work in the Swedish working life.
