Recently Veselin Borisov, a professor of social medicine in the Medical University in Sofia, who is born in the village of Skomlya, near Belogradchik, has written a new and still unpublished book: “The chef d’oevure of God: Belogradchik visions.” An excerpt from the poetry section of the book is presented. All of the rhymes chosen are inspired from the poet’s memory from his schooling in Belogradchik and for his work as a physician in the Belogradchik hospital
