Architectural drawings of alterations to a residence commissioned by J. M. Ferris and created by George S. Mills, an architect of Toledo, Ohio. The drawings are black ink on linen, were created in 1907, and the commission number for the project is 1423. The drawings include a foundation plan, first and second floor floorplans detailing changes, left, right, and rear exterior elevations, as well as interior details for doors and woodwork. The alterations depicted in the drawings were implemented, but later subsumed into further alterations to the building. As of 2019, this dwelling has not been demolished
