107 Summit Street, Toledo, Ohio, 1964

This black and white photograph was included in a report written by the J. F. Rupert & Company, a real property counselling firm from Toledo, Ohio. The report was commissioned by the city of Toledo to provide a preliminary appraisal of the fair market value of 21 parcels of real estate located in the Riverview Urban Renewal Project area, which comprises three blocks near the center of Downtown Toledo. The report, "Preliminary Appraisal of Parcels of Real Estate in the 'Riverview' Urban Renewal Project", was submitted in June of 1964. This photo shows "an improved old three story brick building with Loan Company on the first floor and a Rubber Stamp company on the second. Third floor is vacant". The building at 107 North Summit Street has since been demolished
