Abstract

A color pencil study done by artist Thomas E. King in March of 1933. The rendering is a concept for the interior of a proposed Miami, Florida residence for Toledo businessman Marshall Sheppey. The drawing shows a foyer and elaborate stairway. The dwelling was designed by the Mills, Rhines, Bellman and Nordhoff architectural firm. It is believed that the home was never built.
