Photograph of a mural in the Town Hall Burlesque Theater as the building is being demolished. The theater was located at the corner of St. Clair Street and Orange Street. It was originally build in 1887 as the Peoples Theater. Later, the theater was known as the Lyceum, the New Empire and finally the Town Hall Theater. Musicals and drama were the first shows, until 1919 when the venue changed to burlesque. In 1968 the theater was razed
