On August 23, 1914, Will J. Dusenbury, the Secretary and Treasurer of the Olentangy Park Co., wrote this letter to Miss Lucile Atcherson, the Executive Secretary of the Franklin County Woman Suffrage Association. Dusenbury thanked Miss Atcherson for her recent letter and told her the Olentangy Park Co. was happy to support her cause by helping her in a fundraising pencil sale at their theater. The Franklin County Woman Suffrage Association was formed in 1912, after the Ohio Constitutional Convention elected to bring to a vote the question of removing the words "white male" from the state constitution with regard to voting rights.
