Exterior view photograph of City Hall in Columbus, Ohio, ca. 1910. Ground was broken for the building on E. State Street in 1869 and the city council held its first meeting there in 1872. In 1921 it was destroyed by fire. Construction on a new city hall began in 1927 on W. Broad Street near the Scioto River
