Wagon loader made by the Jeffrey Manufacturing Company of Columbus, Ohio. It is loading coal into a fuel company wagon. The chain on the loader was made by Jeffrey, while the buckets were made by Ohio Malleable Iron Company, a Columbus-based subsidiary of Jeffrey Manufacturing Company. The loader was operated by Owens and Company, a coal supplier in New York City, 1916
