The caption reads: "Tennis Courts at Uhrichsville Park, Uhrichsville, Ohio, constructed by N.Y.A. National Youth Administration was a part of the Works Progress Administration, developed to train young people for a vocation. Both the youth and their families were paid for the part time work which included job training. It was in operation from 1935 to 1943
