Induction motors are used in many industrial types. To make application system using induction motor, we use speed sensor as one of important apparatus to count rotor speed. Neural Network observer needs input data of current and voltage, designed to estimate rotor speed of induction motor. We expect Neural network observer replace the function of speed sensor. Neural network observer uses constructive backpropagation algorithm to learn input data. Simulation result indicate that estimation of fluksi and speed obtained yield small error, equally neural network observer is able to identify fluksi and rotor speed of induction motor.Keywords : Induction Motor, Neural network observer, and constructive algorith
