Dated November 12, 1936, this photograph shows the Cameron Methodist Church entrance in Cincinnati, Ohio. Erected in 1818, Cameron Methodist Church had a congregation of deaf and mute parishioners. On October 10, 1910, a church for the deaf was organized at Trinity which moved into Asbury Chapel on Sycamore Street. Due to a fire, the Cameron congregation moved into the Walnut Hills/Avondale Church in 1982 where it continues to serve a deaf congregation.
