This is actually St Mary's Cathedral, also known as Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption, which is located in Covington, Kentucky. Construction of this Roman Catholic church began in 1894, but was stopped in 1915 and remains unfinished. The exterior was inspired by Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, including the sinister gargoyles, and the interior after Saint Denis in France. It's two rose windows are the first and the third largest in the world
