Thomas Rotch agreement with Bradford Kellogg to build a barn, 10th day, 3rd month, 1813

Bradford Kellogg agrees to build a 40 by 30 foot barn on Rotch's Kendal property. Trees had to be cleared and along with a house, a barn was a priority for livestock, especially during the winter.
