Samuel Rodman letter to Thomas Rotch, Nantucket, 1 mo 5 1796

Samuel Rodman includes a list of commodities sent to New Bedford by Capt. Parker including molasses, onions, candles, sugar, cheese, butter and candles. He reports that seven of the seaman have left the Rotches 'some having offers of certainty, and from the backward state of the Ann, getting her out of the winter and higher wages. 7.6" x 9.5" (19.4 by 23.5cm
