Six months after his first letter to Thomas Rotch, Jeremiah Paul asks Rotch to sell his property in Ohio. Apparently Rotch did answer his first letter. The writer explains that he has opened a small dry goods shop in Philadelphia and needs the money to support his occupation. He is asking Rotch to sell the land at $5 per acre which should cover the cost, interest and taxes He asks Rotch to press ahead with a sale and perhaps he might have reimbursed Rotch in some way for his efforts. 6.4" x 7.75" (16.2cm by 19.7cm
