Michael Bull discusses bank stock and other financial matters in Hartford. Bull mentions that Rotch oil mill and land in east Hartford has been sold for $1,300 in several payments with interest annually. Rotch owned one half of the oil mill and Bull asks that a copy of the deed be forwarded to him. There will be no dividends this year on Rotches Union Bank Shares or River stock and all bank stock has declined much in value.
