The front of the document features a map of Loudonville and New Lisbon in Morrow County, Ohio. On the reverse are the partial building expenses for the first Quaker Meeting House at Mt Pleasant, built in 1814 and finished in 1815 to accommodate the first Ohio Yearly Meeting of Friends attended by 3,000 Quakers. The total cost of construction was $12,345. The architect and builder was Jacob Ong a carpenter and cabinet maker.The building was two stories high, 92 feet long and 60 feet wide with walls 2 feet thick. 8" x 12.5" (20.32 cm x 31.75 cm
