Sarah Fisher letter to Charity Rotch, Philadelphia, 5 month 27th 1822

News of Philadelphia family to Charity Rotch in Kendal. The Rotches left Ohio to visit family in New Bedford in late 1820 and returned in May 1821 with stops in New York and Pittsburgh to visit family and pick up supplies for Kendal. Sarah Fisher notes that Charity is unwell in May 1822, a full year after her return from the east.
