Objective: Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic pathogen that may cause serious infections, ranging from localized skin infections to life-threatening systemic diseases. It is one of the resistant bacteria which lead to failure in the treatment. New treatment strategies are urgently needed for the treatment of infections caused by resistant bacteria. Researchers are interested in Lactobacillus species because of their antimicrobial effective metabolites.
