La inteligencia ética: una herramienta orientadora en el proceso de la negociación

The present article is the result of a research, which has as object present a theoretical contrast that invites to the reflection on the ethical intelligence as a tool guidance in the negotiation. In the same one there are approached the different types of ethical intelligence; spatial intelligence, rational intelligence, emotional intelligence among others, equally one refers associative intelligence to the processes of negotiation and to the tactics of negotiation. In this respect, it is possible to deal to the ethical intelligence as the aptitude to examine the moral standards of the individual and of the society to decide between what this one correct or incorrect and to be able like that to solve the different problematic ones for which an individual or a society cross. For this reason, one invites to start mechanisms of transparency and participation by virtue of which the ethical intelligence is born in mind as the threshold that orientates this process of negotiation. El artículo presente pretende exponer el resultado de una investigación. El mismo tiene como objeto presentar un contraste teórico que invite a la reflexión sobre la inteligencia ética como una herramienta orientadora en la negociación. Se abordan los diferentes tipos de inteligencia ética; inteligencia espacial, inteligencia racional, inteligencia asociativa e inteligencia emocional, entre otras, igualmente, se hace referencia a los procesos de negociación y a las tácticas de negociación. De este modo, se puede concebir a la inteligencia ética como la capacidad de examinar los estándares morales del individuo y de la sociedad para decidir entre lo que está correcto o lo incorrecto, y así poder resolver las diferentes problemáticas por las que un individuo o una sociedad atraviesan. Por esta razón, se invita a poner en marcha mecanismos de transparencia y participación en virtud de que se tenga en cuenta la inteligencia ética como el umbral que orienta este proceso de negociación.
