Skeletal class III treatment is a challenge for the dental team, especially in kids and teenagers; therefore, it is important to have multiple alternative and treatment modalities that are not traditionally used. The purpose of this report is to review the interceptive orthodontic treatment of a female patient with a Class III malocclusion in the mixed dentition, severe crowding in both arches with no space for upper and lower canines’ eruption. The patient was treated at nine years old, nonsurgical with extraction of mandibular first molars. The basis for this treatment approach is presented, and the short term treatment results reviewed.
